To apply for tenancy submit the following:
1. Tenant Application completed for each person 18-yrs old to live in unit. Co-tenants must submit separate applications See form download link below.
2. After we receive a completed application for each individual 18-yrs old or older, we will email you a link to order a criminal background check and credit report. The report is generated by Tenant Alert and costs $39.95/person. Once you have purchased the report we will be able to gain access to the report and will then give you feedback of your pending approval.
